At Kick Montaro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and flexible return policy to ensure your experience with us remains exceptional.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging, including tags, shoe box, inserts, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as Kick Montaro cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

Processing speed may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a return is denied due to ineligible condition, the item may be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product:

Please return the original item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Worn or damaged products not caused by manufacturer defects

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo proof.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund at no additional cost
