Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn sneakers
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Final sale items

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

If you receive:

  • the wrong size
  • the wrong product
  • a defective item

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Our support team will arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After processing begins, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.


Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect address is submitted:

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:

Kick Montaro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.
